Radiesse

Helix Advanced Medicine offers physician-supervised Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) for folds, facial contour, hands, and selected biostimulatory use. Evaluation, anatomy-based placement, and a clear discussion of swelling, nodules, and what filler cannot do.

Physician administering a facial injectable
Structure first. Collagen stimulus as a second effect. Not a hyaluronic-acid gel and not a neurotoxin.

Radiesse is an FDA-approved injectable implant made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres in a gel carrier. Immediately, the gel adds volume. Over time, the particles can support your own collagen so some of the improvement lasts after the carrier is gone.

What we use it for

  • Moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including smile lines
  • Cheek and midface support when volume loss makes the face look tired
  • Volume loss on the back of the hands
  • Selected hyperdilute / biostimulatory use off-label, with extra consent

We do not treat every request with Radiesse. Lips, tear troughs, and many fine-line sites are usually the wrong product. CaHA is not dissolvable with hyaluronidase the way HA filler is. Placement has to be right the first time. Because Radiesse cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase, we are conservative near high-risk arteries and in thin skin. We will refuse a site rather than force a trendy injection plane.
